PLK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,291 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA8, TGM7, and OR2T12. Each is linked with PLK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLK2-to-partner and partner-to-PLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA8 grouped by PLK2-low versus PLK2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
