PLK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, PCNA, and TFRC. Each is linked with PLK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLK1-to-partner and partner-to-PLK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by PLK1-low versus PLK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
