PLIN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLIN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,586 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLIN5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLIN5_S140, TJP3_S203, and PLIN5_S277. Each is linked with PLIN5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLIN5-to-partner and partner-to-PLIN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLIN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLIN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
