PLIN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLIN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,702 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLIN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAV, MMP14, and SMC1A. Each is linked with PLIN3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLIN3-to-partner and partner-to-PLIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLIN3 versus ITGAV in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
