PLIN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLIN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLIN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, ERK2, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with PLIN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLIN3-to-partner and partner-to-PLIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by PLIN3-low versus PLIN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
