PLIN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,220 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLIN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA5, TREM1, and P4HA2. Each is linked with PLIN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLIN2-to-partner and partner-to-PLIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLIN2 versus ITGA5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
