PLIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,047 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1318P, FDX1P2, and SAPCD2P3. Each is linked with PLIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PLIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1318P grouped by PLIN1-low versus PLIN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
