PLIN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,790 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEX11A, GSDMB, and SLC39A11. Each is linked with PLIN1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PLIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLIN1 versus PEX11A in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
