Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,423 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid oxidation, Fatty acid beta-oxidation, and Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with PLIN1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PLIN1 results are reported.
