Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,213 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP, MAP3K20_S727, and MYL6B. Each is linked with PLG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLG-to-partner and partner-to-PLG results are reported.
