Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,081 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRF1L, PCCB, and LRRC42. Each is linked with PLG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLG-to-partner and partner-to-PLG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRF1L grouped by PLG-low versus PLG-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
