PLEKHS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,907 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIGR, TMC5_S184, and PLEKHS1_S170. Each is linked with PLEKHS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHS1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHS1 versus PIGR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
