Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,845 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CP, BPIFB1, and TOX3. Each is linked with PLEKHS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHS1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHS1 results are reported.
