Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,007 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of synapse structural plasticity, Interleukin-10-mediated signaling pathway, and Vesicle budding from membrane. Each is linked with PLEKHS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHS1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHS1 results are reported.
