Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLEKHO2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLEKHO2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PLEKHO2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLEKHO2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, GBM, and PDAC are the cancer types where PLEKHO2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
