PLEKHO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHO2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, IRS1, and JNK2. Each is linked with PLEKHO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHO2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by PLEKHO2-low versus PLEKHO2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
