Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,044 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Endosomal transport, and Actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with PLEKHO2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHO2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHO2 results are reported.
