PLEKHO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHO2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,699 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPG5, GTF3C1, and BRD8. Each is linked with PLEKHO2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHO2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPG5 grouped by PLEKHO2-low versus PLEKHO2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
