PLEKHO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,134 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, SLA2, and TLR8. Each is linked with PLEKHO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHO1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHO1 versus CYTH4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
