The most reproducible PLEKHO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Virion attachment to host cell, Regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors, and Negative regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors. Each is linked with PLEKHO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHO1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHO1 results are reported.
