PLEKHN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,618 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PERM1, AGRN, and PLEC. Each is linked with PLEKHN1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHN1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
