PLEKHM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,345 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF1P6, PIGU, and TAF1C. Each is linked with PLEKHM3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHM3-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF1P6 grouped by PLEKHM3-low versus PLEKHM3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
