PLEKHM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,691 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABI2, ZNF850, and OVOL3. Each is linked with PLEKHM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHM1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
