The most reproducible PLEKHM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome-lysosome fusion, Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, and Positive regulation of autophagy. Each is linked with PLEKHM1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHM1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHM1 results are reported.
