PLEKHJ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHJ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,152 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHJ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGTA, PCF11, and ZFP36L1_S54. Each is linked with PLEKHJ1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHJ1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHJ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHJ1 versus SGTA in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
