Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHJ1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,049 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHJ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF31, YWHAZP3, and DYNLL1. Each is linked with PLEKHJ1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHJ1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHJ1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHJ1 versus RNF31 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
