PLEKHJ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHJ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHJ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4727, AFM, and LINC00319. Each is linked with PLEKHJ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHJ1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHJ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4727 grouped by PLEKHJ1-low versus PLEKHJ1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
