Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHJ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,811 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHJ1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, Electron transport coupled proton transport, and Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system. Each is linked with PLEKHJ1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHJ1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHJ1 results are reported.
