PLEKHH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,626 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRDX4, ISG20, and NFIA. Each is linked with PLEKHH3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHH3-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHH3 versus PRDX4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
