PLEKHH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,661 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAEP2, RNU6-275P, and MIR8086. Each is linked with PLEKHH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHH3-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YWHAEP2 grouped by PLEKHH3-low versus PLEKHH3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
