PLEKHH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHH3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, p62 Lck ligand, and VHL. Each is linked with PLEKHH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHH3-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by PLEKHH3-low versus PLEKHH3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
