Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLEKHH2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLEKHH2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PLEKHH2 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLEKHH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and CESC are the cancer types where PLEKHH2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
