Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,669 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with PLEKHH2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHH2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHH2 results are reported.
