Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHG5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Chk1, and Lck. Each is linked with PLEKHG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG5-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by PLEKHG5-low versus PLEKHG5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
