Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,744 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHG5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport, and Negative regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with PLEKHG5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG5-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG5 results are reported.
