Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLEKHG3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLEKHG3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PLEKHG3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLEKHG3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.

HNSC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where PLEKHG3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
