Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHG3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, eIF4E, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PLEKHG3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG3-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PLEKHG3-low versus PLEKHG3-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
