PLEKHG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,534 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIF, TRIM2, and TGFB1I1. Each is linked with PLEKHG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHG1 versus PPIF in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
