PLEKHG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,287 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCL3P5, FBN1, and ZNF423. Each is linked with PLEKHG1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHG1 versus PDCL3P5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
