Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A2, LORICRIN, and C9orf92. Each is linked with PLEKHG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG1 results are reported.
