PLEKHF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,127 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK3, YWHAZ, and HSPA13. Each is linked with PLEKHF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHF2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHF2 versus STK3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
