Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,420 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Anterograde dendritic transport of messenger ribonucleoprotein complex, Carbohydrate biosynthetic process, and Endosome organization. Each is linked with PLEKHF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHF2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHF2 results are reported.
