Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,927 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with PLEKHD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHD1 results are reported.
