PLEKHB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,819 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUFIP2, ATP6V0D1, and AGPS. Each is linked with PLEKHB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHB2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHB2 versus NUFIP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
