PLEKHB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,300 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKD3, PGBD1, and ZNF705E. Each is linked with PLEKHB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHB2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHB2 versus PRKD3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
