PLEKHA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,563 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDZD11, PLEKHA5_S410, and PLEKHA5_S568. Each is linked with PLEKHA5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA5-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHA5 versus PDZD11 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
