Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,191 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHA5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of SREBP signaling pathway, Vacuolar transport, and Protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with PLEKHA5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA5-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA5 results are reported.
