Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,083 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf65, LARS1, and PGAP4. Each is linked with PLEKHA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA5-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C12orf65 grouped by PLEKHA5-low versus PLEKHA5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
