PLEKHA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,483 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZCCHC4, LCORL, and EXOSC9. Each is linked with PLEKHA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA4-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC4 grouped by PLEKHA4-low versus PLEKHA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
