Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLEKHA3P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PLEKHA3P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PLEKHA3P1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLEKHA3P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PLEKHA3P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
